Music: one of my favorite interests.

Howdy, howdy, howdy!

What´s up? For the blog of this week, I have to talk about my interests or hobbies, so let's get into it. Like everyone else, I have several interests like do sports or cooking. But on this occasion, I would like to talk about one thing that is an important part of my daily routine. I'm referring to music.

I’m a music geek, I like to listen to any kind of music.  Perfectly I could pass to hear any song of The Beatles to the new release of Bad Bunny (that was what Spotify says). Ironically, I’m not talented at playing but one of my favorite things of my life is to listen to music. Is the best way that I have to relax when I’m stressed or anxious. It helps me to focus when I have to draw plans or make any kind of design process.  Also, I love to discover the lore behind the concept of an album or the meaning of a song.

For example, I’m a huge fan of Gorillaz. All the concepts behind the albums and the characters themselves are amazing. My favorite album by this band is “Plastic Beach”. Yeah, I know that their most popular album is Demon Dayz for the lyrics and his iconic songs. But the exploration of different kinds of techniques and the intention of telling a story of Plastic Beach is outstanding for me. Did you know that originally this album was thought to be the soundtrack of a movie about the band? Sadly, the movie was canceled, and they can only publish the album, but what an album!! Hahaha. However, I love to listen to music.
